I lived in a tent on an Island for a month.
Now that I am home I can’t stop playing with the idea of becoming a professional nomad.

I was given the opportunity to capture the work All Hands and Hearts is doing alongside the beautiful, resilient community in Maui. I took a lot of photographs but I really lived for the beautiful moments of connection in between.

As a cheesy person might say… I came home but not completely because a part of me is still there alongside the people, the breath taking atmosphere, and the ALOHA. This is just the beginning of the part of my life where I create little pieces of home around the world.

This was truly a life changing experience and I can’t wait to share what I captured 💛

August 8th Paddle Out.

We gathered on the beach alongside the community to commemorate 1 year since the fire started here on Maui. It was very moving to witness the community come together and celebrate their strength. This may have been my favorite thing ive captured so far.

This mountain gal just booked a one way flight to a place a bit more tropical.

By the end of next week I will be in Maui volunteering with @allhandsandhearts on the wild fire disaster relief team! (I do plan on coming home next month just couldn’t decide a specific day.)

This summer I was determined on getting my first stamp in my passport book. Even if it meant going alone. Many ideas floated around and nothing really stuck. I remembered this organization a couple people told me amazing stories about. I looked into it and felt drawn to the project in Maui. (although I don’t really need my passport for this one, I still count it.)

For this project we will be preparing and delivering food, as well as building temporary housing for those misplaced during last year’s big fire.

I hope this is just a beginning of a future full of travel and helping people. 🥂

I am absolutely over the moon! 🌙 I hope you’re all buckled up and ready to join me on this journey. I have some things in the works and this page may start to shift towards that a bit more.
But you already know I will keep the adventure alive!!

Speaking of adventure I have some fun travel opportunities in the works as well. I will share more about that once it becomes final. 😉
